We’re pleased to have supported the Jack Hazeldine Foundation (JHF) who have recently secured a £19,580 award from the North Somerset Community Quartet Partnership via the Quartet Community Foundation.
JHF Project Growth, an outdoor learning programme and series of themed activities to give young service users the opportunity to build self-esteem and resilience in a safe and welcoming space.
The JHF charity was established in 2012 with the mission to inspire young lives through the strength of positive relationships. This project will provide much-needed support for children and young people within North Somerset, including training in personal growth, active lifestyle, environmental action, forest and survival skills, creative showcase, community engagement and much more.
The funding will be used to support disadvantaged young people by offering tailored tutoring, mentoring and bespoke activities to increase life skills and support lasting health and wellbeing.
