Wil and the team recently secured £9.7m funding from the European Social Fund (2014-2020) and the National Lottery, through the Big Lottery Fund, to help people aged 25 plus overcome multiple barriers preventing them from engaging with training, job search and employment opportunities. The Motiv8, led by New Charter Housing Association supports people aged over 25 across Greater Manchester who need support to get their lives back on track - whether you are experiencing issues with health, alcohol, drugs, domestic violence, debt, homelessness or other challenges.
Wil said "I'm thrilled to have supported New Charter secure this much needed funding for the Greater Manchester area. It was a tough bid to develop that took many months with the support of many people and I can't wait to see the project fulfil its potential"
