Based on early intervention the organisation tackles poor physical, mental and social wellbeing and provides lasting impact that makes step changes in behaviour. The organisation was established by elite athletes Jenny Wallwork and Adam Whitehead who have track record of inspiring young people and have contributed hundreds of hours of voluntary work.
Jenny Wallwork is a professional badminton player and throughout her career she has suffered from an eating disorder. Wil helps Jenny with the strategic direction of the charity. The programme is based around delivering personal, social and emotional development interventions to maximise a person’s full potential. His team helped develop materials to support young people with eating disorders across Yorkshire.
